I found him sleeping on the sofa.
[S: I] [V: found] [O: him] [C: sleeping on the sofa]
I found him surrounded by kids.
[S: I] [V: found] [O: him] [C: surrounded by kids]

(C) opened
[S: (You)] [V: keep] [O: the windows] [C: opened] [while the paint dries]
[S: I] [V: found] [O: the front door] [C: locked] [when I got home last night]
(C) running
[S: She] [V: left] [O: the engine] [C: running] [while she ran into the store]
(C) waiting
[S: He] [V: kept] [O: us] [C: waiting] [for almost an hour in the lobby]
[S: I] [V: saw] [O: my name] [C: printed] [on the list of finalists]
